Gifts from Tensed
Tensed is an uncommon word to build a gift around, so the best way in is the person it describes. Start with what they care about: where they live, the places they keep going back to, and the small things that make the place feel like home. A shirt that names the place is a quiet way of saying you noticed. Pick the product by how they spend their days. A tee works for weekends and errands, a hoodie for cold evenings and early walks, and a mug for the first coffee of the morning. Mugs tend to be the most used gift in a kitchen, so if you're unsure, that's a safe place to begin. Add a second line with a neighborhood, a year or a nickname only the two of you would recognize, and the design becomes theirs rather than a generic souvenir.
Tensed gift questions
What does Tensed mean on these products?
The word prints exactly as you type it, so you can see the lettering in the live preview before ordering. If you want it to mean something specific to the person, add a second line with a place, year or nickname.
Can I add a second line to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a year or a place. Type it into the text box and check the preview to see how it sits.
Which product is best for a gift?
A mug or hoodie tends to get the most use, since they fit into daily routines. A tee is a good choice for someone who likes casual, everyday clothes.
Can I order for several people at once?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste a list of names and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the tensed shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Tensed gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
