Picking a gift for a tomographic tech
A tomographic technologist, usually called a CT tech or radiologic technologist, spends the day positioning patients, running the scanner and watching images appear while keeping people calm during a scary procedure. Their shifts are often long and quiet, and the work depends on precision and patience, which rarely gets said out loud. A gift that acknowledges the actual job tends to land better than a generic medical shirt. Put the word tomographic tech or CT tech on a tee or hoodie they can wear on the way to a shift, or on an 11 oz mug for the break room where the whole department ends up sharing coffee. If they earned a credential, you can add it on a second line, and the preview will show you how it sits before you order. A baby onesie or kids tee also works if they have little ones at home who like to see Mom or Dad in their own shirt.
Tomographic Tech gift questions
Can I add a credential like RT(R)(CT) to the shirt?
Yes. Type the credential on a second line or after the job title. The live preview shows the spacing before you order, so you can check how it looks.
Is tomographic tech the same as a CT technologist?
They're closely related terms for the same kind of work, with CT tech the everyday shorthand. If you're unsure which they use, choose whichever matches the title on their badge.
What's a good gift for a new CT tech?
A hoodie or tee with their job and the year they started or graduated marks a milestone they worked hard to reach.
Can I order shirts for my whole imaging team?
Yes. Choose one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the tomographic tech shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a tomographic tech gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
