Gifts from Townshend
Townshend is a name you'll mostly find on a map of England or a family tree, and that makes a shirt with it a conversation starter for the person who wears it. Whoever carries this name probably gets asked about it, so a shirt or mug that says it plainly is a small pleasure for them. Think about where the name comes from in their family: a hometown, a branch of relatives, a parent who always spelled it the same way. Add that detail in the second line of the design and the gift becomes about their story rather than just the word. A hoodie suits someone who likes layers and cold mornings, while a mug fits anyone who starts the day with the same cup. Since the name may be less familiar to most people, a clear, simple design usually reads best.
