Picking a gift for a training and development director
A training and development director spends their days building the skills everyone else in the building relies on, which means their week is usually a mix of workshop planning, onboarding new hires, and quietly fixing whatever the last program got wrong. Work like that is often invisible, so a gift that names the role says something specific: you noticed what they do. A soft tee works well for the days they're running sessions on their feet, and a hoodie suits the cold conference room where the projector always seems to be too bright. A mug is the practical choice for the coffee they'll drink while prepping the next cohort. Put the title on it exactly as it appears on their badge, and add their department or company only if you know it, since a shirt that gets the title right feels far more personal than a generic one.
Training And Development Director gift questions
Can I shorten the title to fit on a shirt?
Yes. Many people write training and development director on one line and use the abbreviation T&D Director or L&D Director on the next. Type whichever version matches how they describe their role, and check the preview before ordering.
Is there a good gift for a new training director?
A mug or hoodie with their title and start year works well. It marks the new role without being a big gesture, and it's something they can use right away in their first months.
Can I add the company name to the design?
Yes, type it on the second line. It's a good option if you know where they work and want the shirt to match their team's identity.
What sizes do the training and development director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a training and development director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
