Picking a gift for a training internship
A training internship is usually the first real job in someone's field, and it's a stretch of long days, new vocabulary and a lot of asking questions. They're learning the systems, the people and the unwritten rules of the workplace, often on a small paycheck or none at all. What lands well for them is something that acknowledges they're in it: a tee they can wear on the first day, a hoodie for the cold early mornings, or a mug for the desk where they're finally working through the projects they've been assigned. The word training internship on a shirt says they've started, and it's a nice way to mark a stage that's easy to overlook. You can personalize it by adding their name, the company or team they're placed with, or the season they're interning, such as summer or fall. Keep it simple and let the word do the work. Many interns finish with a return offer or a clearer sense of what they want next, so a gift that celebrates the milestone can be a good send-off as well as a welcome.
Training Internship gift questions
Can I add the company or team name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the company, department or team name there. The preview updates as you type.
Is this a good gift for someone finishing an internship?
Yes. A shirt or mug marks the end of the program and gives them something to remember it by. Adding the season or year makes it more personal.
Can I order matching shirts for a whole intern class?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the names, and pick a size for each person. Everyone gets a shirt with their own name.
Are there designs for different jobs or fields?
You can type any profession or word into the text box to see how it looks on each product. Each design updates live, so you can check the wording before you order.
What sizes do the training internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a training internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
