Picking a gift for an ultrasound technol
Ultrasound technologists spend their shifts in a dim room, moving a probe and watching a screen that most people will never see the way they do. They're often the first to glimpse a baby's heartbeat or a problem that needs a doctor's attention, and the work is steady, skilled and easy to overlook. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear on the drive in or on a weekend, and an 11 oz mug gives them a quiet reminder on the break-room counter. Add their specialty, such as OB, vascular or cardiac, in the second line so the gift matches what they actually do. If you're buying for a whole imaging department, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name, which feels more personal than another box of donuts.
Ultrasound Technol gift questions
Can I add a credential like RDMS or RVT?
Yes. Type the credential into the text box, either after the title or on its own line. The live preview lets you check the spacing before you order.
Can I write their specialty on the shirt?
Yes. Use the second line for something like OB, vascular, cardiac or pediatric. It turns a general title into something that fits their actual work.
Is there a day that celebrates sonographers?
Yes, there is a sonography-related recognition in the spring, but the exact date varies, so check with the department before you plan around it.
What sizes do the ultrasound technol shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an ultrasound technol gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
