Picking a gift for an underwriting manager
Underwriting managers spend their days deciding what risk is worth taking, reviewing files that land on their desk with a deadline attached, and keeping a team of underwriters moving through the queue. Most of the work happens quietly, in spreadsheets and status meetings, so the gifts they tend to appreciate are the ones that acknowledge the job without making a fuss. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the office that runs cold, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the morning coffee before the first referral lands. Put the title on it exactly as it reads on their business card, or add the line of business they manage, such as commercial, property or life. If you're thinking about the whole team, a Team Shop order lets you print one design with each underwriter's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another generic team lunch. Underwriting manager is a title that means something specific to the people who hold it, so keep the wording true to their role.
Underwriting Manager gift questions
Can I add a line of business or a department under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type commercial, property, life or the name of their team there, and the preview will show you how it sits before you order.
Is underwriting manager a good gift for a promotion?
It can be. A shirt or mug with the new title marks the step up in a way that's personal and easy to show off, especially for someone who has been working toward it for years.
Should I use the exact job title?
Use the title the way they write it on their badge or email signature. If their company uses a variant, such as senior underwriting manager, type that instead so it matches what they call themselves.
Can I order shirts for the whole underwriting team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the underwriting manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an underwriting manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
