Picking a gift for a union representative
Union representatives spend their days handling grievances, sitting across from management, and answering calls at odd hours, often while balancing a full caseload of their own work. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge the job without turning it into a joke. A soft tee for a day at the hall or a hoodie for the cold drive to a worksite meeting gets used constantly. A mug on the desk is a small, daily nod to the work they do for their members. Put their local number or the local's name on the design, or add the year they took on the role, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic labor shirt. If you're buying for a whole steward team or bargaining committee, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than a lunch order.
Union Representative gift questions
Can I add my local's number or name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line you can use for a local number, a unit, or a year. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Can I order shirts for the whole steward team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Is there a dark shirt option?
Yes. Dark T-shirts and kids dark T-shirts are available for union representative designs, alongside light tees, hoodies and mugs.
What sizes do the union representative shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a union representative gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
