Picking a gift for a unit secretary
A unit secretary is the person who keeps a hospital unit running, answering phones, routing orders, checking patients in and out, and somehow knowing where everyone is at three in the morning. They often work the front desk of a nursing station, so they see the whole unit's traffic and rarely get credit for it. A gift that names their role says you noticed. A tee, hoodie or mug with unit secretary on it is the kind of thing they'll wear to work and actually keep, especially if the design has a second line for their unit, floor or shift. Mugs suit the busy desk, where coffee gets cold fast, and a hoodie is a good pick for the chilly breakroom. If you're buying for a whole department, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another round of cookies.
Unit Secretary gift questions
Can I add a unit or floor name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the unit, floor or shift there and the preview will show you how it sits before you order.
Is there a single gift for a unit secretary who's retiring or changing jobs?
A mug is a good choice for a farewell. It's useful every day and easy to keep long after the last shift.
Can I order for a whole department at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the unit secretary shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a unit secretary gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
