Picking a gift for a university president
A university president usually spends the day in meetings, donor lunches, budget reviews and commencement planning, and the job follows them home in the evenings and on weekends. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the work without being stiff. A soft tee for the rare Saturday off, a hoodie for the chilly sideline at a football game, a mug for the early-morning coffee before the first call. Put the university name or the presidency on it, and add the years they've served if you know them. Many presidents are also alumni of the schools they lead, so a shirt that connects them to the campus they know best can mean more than a formal plaque. If the gift is for a retirement or a milestone, a hoodie with the title and year marks the chapter in a way they'll keep using.
University President gift questions
Can I add the university name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the university name or its initials there. Check the preview to see how it sits before you order.
Is a president's gift usually formal or casual?
Either works. Many presidents appreciate something they can wear on campus or at home, since a casual tee or hoodie fits both settings and feels less like a formal award.
Can I include the years they served?
Yes. Type the years into the second line of any design, such as a term that begins and ends. Some designs also have room for a name above the title.
Can I order for a whole president's office team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the names, and pick a size for each person. Everyone gets a shirt printed with their own name.
What sizes do the university president shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a university president gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
