Utonagan gifts for the people who love them
Utonagans are a rare Japanese breed, bred as sled and hunting dogs in the north of Japan. Most people who own one have a dog who is an expert at looking dignified while being completely silly, and they love that combination enough to want it on their chest. Because the breed is uncommon, a Utonagan shirt is a conversation starter: plenty of people have never heard the name, so the owner gets to explain it every time. A design with the dog's name, or the owner's name and the word Utonagan, is a good fit for the dog person in your life who already talks about their dog nonstop. A mug is useful for the morning coffee routine, and a hoodie suits the cold-weather walks these dogs were built for. Type the name exactly as the owner spells it, and check the preview before you order.
Utonagan gift questions
Is the Utonagan a common breed?
No, it is quite rare, even in Japan where it was developed. Many people outside the breed community will never have heard of it, which is part of why a Utonagan shirt draws questions.
Can I add the dog's name to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type the dog's name there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
What should I get for someone who just adopted a Utonagan?
A mug or tee with the breed name works well for a new owner. It celebrates the adoption and gives them something to wear while they learn about the breed.
What sizes do the utonagan shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an utonagan gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
