Gifts from Vergennes
Vergennes is a small city in Addison County, Vermont, and people who grew up there tend to hold onto it. Its historic downtown along the Otter Creek, its old stone buildings and its small-town feel are the kind of things that make a local want a shirt that says where they're from. Vergennes is also a city where neighbors know each other, so a gift that carries the name often lands well with someone who has moved away and misses home. Think about who the recipient is: a longtime resident, a graduate heading off to college, or someone who relocated and still introduces themselves by their hometown. A simple Vergennes tee or mug works for the first two. For the transplant, add a line that marks when they lived there, like a class year or the year they moved, and the design starts to feel personal.
Vergennes gift questions
Can I add a year or a street to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a neighborhood or a short personal note. Open a design and type your text in, and the preview will show how it looks before you order.
Is there a Vergennes design for kids?
Yes. Kids tees and dark kids tees come in several Vergennes designs, so you can match a young family member to the adults in the family.
What's the best gift for someone who grew up in Vergennes but lives elsewhere now?
A mug or tee with Vergennes and the years they lived there is a thoughtful pick. It gives them something to wear or use that connects them to the place they remember.
What sizes do the vergennes shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
