Gifts for Vice President Multiculturals

Picking a gift for a vice president multicultural

A vice president of multicultural affairs usually works across departments, bridging employee resource groups, recruiting, community partnerships and leadership, so their days are full of meetings, listening sessions and the quiet work of building trust. They often carry more than the title suggests: planning cultural celebrations, advising on hiring practices, and fielding the difficult conversations other people avoid. A gift that acknowledges that breadth lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title gives them something to wear to the off-site or the community event, and an 11 oz mug fits the early-morning routine of someone who starts before the rest of the building. If you know their organization's name or their office, add it on the second line of the design. For a group gift from a team or ERG, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
