Picking a gift for a vice president payer
A vice president at a payer, which is an insurance company or a health plan, usually lives in meetings about claims, reimbursement rates, and member experience, often with a lot of spreadsheets open. The gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge the job without turning it into a joke about insurance. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the long flights between offices, or a mug for the first coffee of a hard quarter all work well. Put their title on it, or the word payer, so it reads as theirs. If you're buying for a whole leadership team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to go over better than another group gift card. Titles change, so a gift marking a recent promotion can be a good excuse to order.
