Picking a gift for a video production assistant
A video production assistant is usually the person who keeps a shoot running: they log footage, track the call sheet, chase batteries and coffee, and make sure the director gets what they asked for. It's a job where the work is mostly invisible, so a gift that names the role and says someone noticed it tends to land well. Long days on set mean they're often in a hoodie or a cheap tee from a previous project, so a soft shirt or hoodie with their title on it is an easy upgrade. A mug works well for the early call times and the long edit sessions. You can type their job title into the text box and add a second line for a production company, a crew name or a year they started, so the piece reads as theirs and not as a generic film-crew souvenir.
Video Production Assistant gift questions
Can I add a production company or crew name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the company, show title or crew name there. The preview updates as you type so you can check the layout before ordering.
Is video production assistant a title with a standard certification?
There isn't one universal credential for this role. If they have a specific certification or training they're proud of, you can add it as text, but otherwise stick with the job title and their name.
Are there designs for kids or babies with this title?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for this word, which is mostly useful as a joke gift for a family member who works in film.
Can I order shirts for a whole production team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the video production assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a video production assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
