Picking a gift for a vivarium keeper
A vivarium keeper is someone who builds small living worlds in glass: a bioactive tank with moss, springtails, a cork bark hide and a reptile or amphibian living in it. They tend to talk about humidity readings, substrate depth and which isopods cleaned up the last bit of mold. Most of them have spent real money and real weekends on their setups, and they usually have a favorite enclosure they're quietly proud of. A gift that acknowledges the hobby lands best. A tee or hoodie with Vivarium Keeper on the front is the easy choice, and adding a second line for a species they keep or the year they started the hobby makes it theirs. A mug works well for the morning check before work, when the tank lights come on and the first thing they see is the glass. Nobody else needs to know the details, which is part of the fun.
Vivarium Keeper gift questions
Can I add the species or setup they keep to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, year or detail. Type the species or setup there and check the preview before ordering.
What's a good gift for someone just starting a vivarium?
A mug or tee with the hobby name is a fun way to mark the start. It's easy to use daily and it reflects the effort they've put into their first build.
Do you have designs for the whole group at a club or meetup?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the names of everyone in the group, and pick a size for each person.
Are there designs for kids who help with the animals?
Yes. There are kids tees and dark kids tees with this design, so a young helper can match the adults.
What sizes do the vivarium keeper shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a vivarium keeper gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
