Picking a gift for a vp continuous improvement
A VP of Continuous Improvement usually spends the day in the gap between how things are supposed to run and how they actually run. They're pulling data from operations, sitting in on process reviews, pushing teams to tighten a handoff or cut a bottleneck, and often explaining to executives why a fix takes longer than anyone wants. It's a demanding, often thankless role, and a gift that acknowledges the work lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title is a fun nod for the weekend, while a mug on their desk is a daily reminder that someone noticed. Personalize it with their name, or add a line that reflects their focus, like lean, quality or operations, so it feels specific rather than generic. For a leadership team wanting to recognize their VP, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop makes a good group thank-you.
