Picking a gift for a vp employee development
A VP of employee development spends the job building the people around them: designing training, running mentorship programs, and hearing the same question from managers every quarter about how to grow their best people. It's work that rarely gets a celebration, which is why a small gift can land so well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it says you noticed what they do, and a mug on their desk gives them a daily reminder that the work counts. Put their name or the company's name in the second line so the gift is clearly theirs and not a generic office item. For a farewell or promotion, a hoodie they can wear to the next offsite is a lighter touch than a plaque. The title itself is the detail to get right, so check the wording against how they sign their emails before you order.
VP Employee Development gift questions
Can I add a company name or team to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, team or organization. Type it in and check the preview before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title?
You can type any wording into the text box, so use the title they actually put in their email signature, or a shorter form like VP Employee Development or VP People Development.
Can I order for a whole team at once?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the vp employee development shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a vp employee development gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
