Picking a gift for a vp equity
A VP of equity usually sits at the intersection of people, policy and a lot of meetings that run long. They're often the one pushing a hiring panel to look at the candidate list again, or reworking a pay review so the numbers hold up. The work can be lonely, and it rarely comes with a clear finish line, so a gift that acknowledges the role lands well. A tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the cold commute, or a mug that's theirs for the first coffee of a hard morning all say you see what they carry. Put their title on it exactly as they use it, and if they have a team or department name you can add it on the second line. For a whole leadership group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a good thank-you after a long stretch of hard work.
VP Equity gift questions
Can I add a department or team name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the department, team or the company's name there and check the preview before you order.
What's the best gift for someone who just got promoted to VP Equity?
A mug or hoodie with their title and name marks the moment without being showy. It's something they'll use every day as they settle into the new role.
Can I order for a whole equity team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the vp equity shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a vp equity gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
