Picking a gift for a vp lab
A VP in a lab is usually someone who's spent years at the bench before taking on the job of running the people and budgets around it. They're often on calls before the coffee's cold, reviewing data while on the road, and carrying the weight of a program that has to deliver. What lands with them is a gift that acknowledges the title and the lab they came up through. Put VP Lab on a tee for the weekend, or a hoodie for the cold early-morning drive into the building. A mug with their name and title is the one that actually gets used on the desk every day. If you're buying for the whole leadership group or a lab team celebrating a promotion, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste everyone's names, so each person gets a shirt with their own name on it.
