Picking a gift for a vp leadership development
A VP of leadership development usually spends the week coaching managers, running workshops, and fighting for a budget that never quite stretches far enough. They're the person who helped a dozen people become better bosses, and most of the thanks they get is quiet. A gift should say you noticed that work. A shirt with their title on it lets them wear the role on the days they feel least like a leader, and a hoodie is good for the offsite or the long flight to a client. A mug on the desk makes the title visible every time they reach for coffee before a hard conversation. Add their name or the company's leadership program under the title line and the gift stops being generic and starts being about them. Titles can be long, so check the preview before ordering, and if the title is a mouthful, a shorter version on the front reads better.
VP Leadership Development gift questions
Can I shorten the title if it's too long?
Yes. Many designs let you type a shorter line, such as VP or Leadership Development, so the text fits well on the shirt or mug. The preview shows how it will look before you order.
Can I add their name or company program?
Most designs have a second line. Type their name or a program name there and check the preview for spacing.
Is this a good gift for someone leaving the role?
It can be. A mug or tee with their title works as a keepsake, and a name line makes it feel more personal as a farewell.
Are there kids or baby versions of this design?
Some designs are available as kids tees and a baby onesie. Use the product filter to find them.
What sizes do the vp leadership development shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a vp leadership development gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
