Picking a gift for a vp of training
A VP of Training usually spends the week building programs, running onboarding sessions and fielding questions from managers who want their teams ready faster. They're the person who makes sure everyone else knows the job, which means long days of slide decks, calendars that never quite clear, and a lot of quiet satisfaction when a new hire finally gets it. A gift that acknowledges that work lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is a nice nod to the role, and a mug gives them something to hold through early morning planning sessions. You can personalize the design with their name on the second line, or add a year if they're marking a milestone like a new appointment or a big program launch. Keep it simple and let the title do the talking.
