Picking a gift for a vp software engineering
A VP of software engineering usually carries the weight of a whole organization: roadmaps that slip, hiring plans that never quite fill, and the constant balancing act between shipping features and keeping the platform healthy. Their days are long, full of one-on-ones, architecture reviews and production incidents, and the gifts they actually keep tend to be the ones that acknowledge that load without making a fuss about it. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the cold commute or the late-night deploy watch, or a mug for the first coffee before the calendar fills up. Putting their title on it, or the word VP and the team or company they lead, turns a generic tech shirt into something that fits their career. If you're shopping for a whole engineering leadership group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another round of team-building swag.
VP Software Engineering gift questions
Can I add a company or team name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the company, team or division name there. The preview updates so you can check how it looks before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title?
You can type whatever wording they actually use, such as VP Engineering or VP of Software Engineering. Use the version they'd put on a business card.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to VP?
A hoodie or mug with their title and the year they got the role. It marks the move without being a big production, and it's something they'll use every week.
Can I order shirts for my whole engineering leadership team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the vp software engineering shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a vp software engineering gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
