Picking a gift for a vp training
A VP of training is usually the person who turns a company's plans into skills people actually use. They design curricula, run onboarding for new hires, coach managers, and measure whether anyone learned anything. The job means long days of workshops, spreadsheets, and keeping a dozen stakeholders happy at once, so a gift that acknowledges the work lands well. A hoodie for the cold conference room, a mug for the first coffee of a busy morning, or a tee for a team offsite all say you see what they do. Put the title on it, or add their company's training department name if you know it, so the piece feels like theirs. Many designs come in both light and dark colors, so you can pick whatever suits their wardrobe. For a leader who has just finished a big rollout, a hoodie or mug with the title and a year makes a good marker of the milestone.
