Picking a gift for a vp training development
A VP of training and development spends the day building the people who build the company. They're usually the one designing onboarding, running leadership cohorts and deciding which skills the team needs next year, and they often carry the quiet pressure of proving that learning actually moves results. A gift for them should acknowledge that work without sounding like a corporate award. A tee with their title on it is a good start for a casual weekend, a hoodie fits the cold early mornings of offsites and travel, and an 11 oz mug suits the home office where the planning happens. Type their title into the text box, or shorten it to something like VP Training or Learning and Development, and the preview will show you how it reads before you order. Keep the wording as close to their real title as you can, since they'll know immediately if it's been guessed at.
VP Training Development gift questions
Can I use a shorter version of the title?
Yes. Type whatever wording they'd recognize, such as VP Training or VP L&D. Check the preview so the line fits the design before you order.
Is a title like this a good fit for a work gift?
It works well for a team gift or a farewell, since colleagues can each choose a shirt or mug. For a personal gift, a hoodie or mug is usually the most comfortable choice.
Can I add a company name or a year?
Many designs have a second line for a year or a short extra word. Keep any company name short so it stays legible on the product.
What sizes do the vp training development shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a vp training development gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
