Gifts from Wakarusa
Wakarusa is a small city in northeast Kansas, and the people who call it home tend to know everybody else who does. Think of the Friday night football crowd, the hometown diner where the regulars have their own mugs, and the high school grad who is leaving for college and wants to take a piece of town with them. A Wakarusa shirt works for any of those people: the one who never left, the one who moved away for work and misses the small-town quiet, or the kid who just learned to say the name. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a graduation year, a street, or a family name under the town name. For someone living far from Kansas, a mug or hoodie with the town on it is a quiet way of saying you remember where they came from.
Wakarusa gift questions
Can I add a street or neighborhood under Wakarusa?
Many designs have a second line you can use for a street, a neighborhood, or a year. Type it in and the preview will show you how it looks before you order.
Is Wakarusa a good gift for someone who moved away?
Yes. A mug or hoodie with the town name is a simple way to show you remember where they grew up, and it works especially well for people who are far from Kansas.
Can I order Wakarusa shirts for a whole group?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste in a list of names, and pick a size for each person, so every shirt prints with its own name.
Are there Wakarusa designs for kids and babies?
Yes. There are kids tees, dark kids tees, and baby onesies with the Wakarusa design, and you can personalize them with a name or year.
What sizes do the wakarusa shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Wakarusa gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
