Gifts from Wanamaker
Wanamaker is a Philadelphia name, tied to the department store and to the Wanamaker Organ that stands in a city landmark, though it's also a surname that turns up in families across the country. Because the word is specific, your shopper is probably buying for someone who has a real connection to it: someone who grew up near the store, a relative with the name, or a Philly native who now lives far from home. A shirt that says Wanamaker works best when you add a line that makes it theirs, such as a neighborhood, a family branch, or the year they moved away. Dark tees suit everyday wear, while light tees show the print clearly. For a kid being named after a place or relative, the kids tee and onesie give the same idea a smaller size. A hoodie is the warm option for a cold city winter, and the mug is a daily reminder for the transplant who misses home.
Wanamaker gift questions
Is Wanamaker a Philadelphia name?
It is closely linked to Philadelphia through the department store and the Wanamaker Organ, and it is also a surname found in families elsewhere. If the person has a specific connection, a second line on the design can show it.
Can I add a family branch or year under the name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a year, a place or another word. Type it in and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Which product works best for a child named Wanamaker?
The kids tee and the baby onesie both come with Wanamaker designs. Choose the onesie for a newborn and the kids tee for an older child.
What sizes do the wanamaker shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Wanamaker gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
