Picking a gift for a wardrobe supervisor
A wardrobe supervisor keeps track of every costume on a production, from the first fitting to the last pickup after wrap. They're the one who knows which jacket has the continuity stain, which actor needs a spare shirt for the reshoot, and where the quick-change rig is hidden backstage. Their days are long and mostly unseen, which is exactly why a gift with their job title on it tends to land well. Think about the hours they spend hunched over a sewing machine between takes or hauling garment racks through a loading dock. A tee or hoodie with their title is something they can wear to the next set or to a crew wrap party. A mug suits the cramped costume shop where the coffee gets cold fast. To make it theirs, add the production they're working on or the year they started, so the shirt reads as a record of their career and not a generic crew shirt.
Wardrobe Supervisor gift questions
Can I add a production title to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a show, film or year. Type it there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is Wardrobe Supervisor a standard job title on film and TV crews?
Yes, it's a common title on film and television productions, though some crews use slightly different names for the same role. If your friend uses another title, you can type that in instead.
Can I order shirts for my whole wardrobe department?
Yes. Choose one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the wardrobe supervisor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a wardrobe supervisor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
