Gifts from Wellington
Wellington is the capital of New Zealand, a windy harbor city where people are known to say that the wind is one of the things you get used to after a while. Ask anyone who grew up there about the coffee, the waterfront and the weather, and you'll hear plenty of affection. A Wellington shirt is how someone who's left, or who was born far away and has a link to the city, wears that pride. It suits a traveler who went to New Zealand and came back talking about the place, or a relative who has family there. Because the name is the whole story, the shirt works as a reminder rather than a souvenir. Pick a light tee for the warmer months and a hoodie for the cooler ones, and add a second line if you want to mark a year they visited or a street they loved.
