Gifts from West Halifax
West Halifax is a small town in Vermont's Windham County that sits in a valley along the West River, where the hills run close and winters arrive early. A place that small tends to hold people for life: the neighbors who know your family, the ones who moved away and still call the town home when asked where they're from. A shirt or mug with West Halifax on it is a way of saying that place still belongs to them. Consider adding a year they lived there, a street they grew up on, or the name of their high school class, so the gift reflects the particular version of the town they remember. For someone who now lives far away, a mug on the kitchen counter is a small daily reminder. For someone who never left, a hoodie for the cold months feels practical and proud at the same time.
