Gifts from White House
The White House is a place people visit, study and dream about, and the shirt usually goes to someone who has a connection to Washington: a civics teacher, a history buff, a former intern, a relative who took the tour, or someone who simply loves the building and the idea of it. A White House shirt is a way to show that interest without making a speech about it. It works for a trip to the capital, a visit to the National Mall, or a day spent reading about the presidents at the kitchen table. For a graduate headed into government, journalism or law, a hoodie with the name on it marks the ambition. For a teacher, a mug on the desk starts conversations with students. Add a second line for a year, a visit date or a city, and the design becomes a record of their own trip or interest rather than a souvenir anyone could have bought.
White House gift questions
Can I add a visit date or a year to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the year or trip date there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a kids version for a young history fan?
Yes. Kids tees and dark kids tees come in a smaller set of designs, and baby onesies come in a few as well. Use the product filter to browse them.
Which design works best for someone who works in government?
A hoodie or a light tee tends to suit a career-focused gift. Add their title or the office they work in on the second line to make it specific to them.
What sizes do the white house shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a White House gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
