Gifts from Whittemore
Whittemore is a small enough name that anyone who carries it has probably had to spell it out a dozen times, so a shirt with the name on it is a little bit of a joke and a little bit of pride. Whittemore reads as a place as much as a family name, which means the person you're shopping for may have a hometown story, a family story, or both. If you know where the name comes from, a town or a county or a family homestead, put that second line on the design and the shirt becomes theirs. Without that detail, lean on the name itself: a hoodie for the cold months, a dark tee for everyday wear, or a mug for the desk where they answer the same question about how to spell it. Kids and baby designs work well too, for the next generation who will carry the name forward.
Whittemore gift questions
Can I add a town or year to a Whittemore design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a town, a family branch, or a year there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is Whittemore a place as well as a name?
It can be both. Whittemore is used as a surname and also appears as a place name, so the best second line is whatever the person actually connects to the word.
Can I order shirts for a whole family?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste everyone's names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Are there Whittemore designs for babies and kids?
Yes. There are kids tees, kids dark tees and baby onesies with Whittemore designs, so you can gift the younger members of the family too.
What sizes do the whittemore shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Whittemore gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
