Gifts from Wister
Wister is a city name that most shoppers will want to check on a map before they buy, so the shirt is a fine place to start a conversation about where the recipient is from. A Wister shirt suits someone who loves a hometown that doesn't show up in every souvenir shop, someone who grew up there and still says the name with a certain pride, or a newcomer who wants to claim their new place. Because the word is less familiar than Boston or Chicago, the best gift often pairs the city name with a detail only the recipient would recognize: a street, a school, a year they moved in, or the team or club they cheer for locally. Designs come in light and dark tees, kids sizes, a baby onesie, a hoodie and an 11 oz mug, so you can match the gift to the person's daily wardrobe and routine. Type the city name into the text box and check the preview before ordering. If you're buying for a group, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Wister gift questions
Can I add a neighborhood or street to a Wister design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the neighborhood, street or school there, and the preview will show you how it fits before you order.
Is Wister a real city?
Wister is a place name, and the designs simply print the word you type. If you're unsure how the place is spelled or known locally, ask the recipient, since they'll know the details best.
Which product works best for a Wister gift?
A tee or hoodie is the most common choice because the city name reads clearly across the chest. A mug suits someone who wants a daily reminder of home.
Are there kids and baby designs for Wister?
Yes. Kids tees, kids dark tees and a baby onesie have Wister designs, so you can give a family the same name across every size.
What sizes do the wister shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Wister gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
