Picking a gift for a workday consultant
A Workday consultant spends a lot of time translating between people who build a system and people who have to live in it every day. They configure HR, finance and payroll tools, run testing before go-live, and sit through a lot of video calls to make sure the change actually sticks. Many of them have worked on projects that ran late, so the gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the grind and the wins. A soft tee for the home office, a hoodie for the long sessions when the client wants one more change, or a mug for the first coffee before the first call. Add the word Workday, or put their title on the shirt, and it reads like a line from their own job. If you're shopping for a whole implementation team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to mark the end of a go-live.
