Gifts from Wrangell
Wrangell is a small island town in Southeast Alaska, reached mostly by ferry or floatplane, where the Stikine River meets the sea. People who live there tend to be proud of how far off the main road they are, and a Wrangell shirt is how they say so when they're out in the lower 48. Because the town is small, a shirt with the name lands as a quiet signal to other Alaskans and a conversation starter for everyone else. It also makes a good gift for someone who left and misses it, or for a visitor who spent a week on the water and wants a reminder. A mug suits the morning coffee of someone who grew up watching boats come into the harbor. Add a second line with a year they lived there or a boat name, and the gift becomes about their Wrangell rather than the town in general.
Wrangell gift questions
Can I add a second line to a Wrangell design?
Many designs have a second line for a year, a boat, a school or a nickname. Open any design and type it in, and the preview will show you how it sits.
Is there a kids design for Wrangell?
Yes. There are kids tees and dark kids tees with Wrangell designs. Baby onesies are also available in a smaller set.
Which Wrangell design is best for someone who moved away?
A mug or a light tee often works well, since they're easy to use every day. Adding the year they left or a personal detail makes it feel more like theirs.
What sizes do the wrangell shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Wrangell gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
