Picking a gift for a x ray technologist
X-ray technologists spend their shifts moving between patients, lead aprons and control rooms, often on their feet for most of a twelve-hour day. The gifts that land are the ones that make the off hours easier: a soft tee for the drive home, a hoodie for the chilly imaging suite, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the break room counter. What makes a gift feel personal is showing you know what the job actually involves. Type their title as x ray technologist, or shorten it to X-Ray Tech or Rad Tech if that's what they go by. Many designs have a second line, so you can add their name, the year they certified, or the department they work in. That turns a generic profession shirt into one that's clearly theirs. If you're buying for a whole imaging department, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste everyone's name, with a size for each person.
X Ray Technologist gift questions
Can I use an abbreviation like Rad Tech instead of the full title?
Yes. Type whatever they use day to day, such as X-Ray Tech, Rad Tech or Radiologic Technologist. The preview updates so you can see how it looks before you order.
Can I add a credential like ARRT after their name?
Yes, if they hold it. Put the credential on the second line of the design. If you're not sure which credential they use, ask them or leave it off.
Is there a special day for radiologic technologists?
Radiologic Technologist Week is held in November, so ordering a few weeks ahead keeps the gift on time.
What's a good gift for someone who just finished X-ray tech school?
A hoodie or tee with their new title and graduation year. It's useful for the first shifts and marks the milestone they worked hard for.
What sizes do the x ray technologist shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a x ray technologist gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
