About this barstow gift
Barstow sits in the high desert of San Bernardino County, along old Route 66 and the Mojave, a stop most people pass through on the way to somewhere else. The people who live there know the heat, the wind, the long drives to the nearest big-city hospital or shopping mall, and the pride that comes with calling a small desert town home. A Barstow shirt or mug is a way to claim that. It works for someone who grew up there and left, for a relative who still lives on the edge of town, or for a traveler who stopped for gas and a meal and kept thinking about it. Put the city name front and center, then use the second line for a neighborhood, a school year, or a family name to make it personal. Desert towns are proud of their small details, and a gift that shows you noticed those details will land better than a generic souvenir.
