About this blairsville gift
Blairsville is a small town in the North Georgia mountains, and people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it, whether they still live a few miles from the square or ended up in Atlanta or Florida. A shirt with the town name is the easiest way to say where they're from, and it works for the everyday wardrobe more than the souvenir drawer. Think about the details of their life there: the drive in to the county seat, the weekend trips out to the lake, the church or school or ballfield they still talk about. Add a second line with the year they moved away or the year they were born, and the design becomes theirs. For someone who's moved far from home, a Blairsville mug on the counter is a quiet reminder of the place they miss. Small towns give out a lot of local pride, so a gift with the name on it usually gets worn and used.
