About this brocton gift
Brocton is a small place, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident says where they're from when the conversation turns to hometowns, and it's the kind of gift that gets worn to the local high school game, the family reunion or the first trip back after years away. Because Brocton isn't a name most people in other states will recognize, the shirt does a lot of explaining on its own. A good way to make it feel personal is to add a second line with the years they lived there, their graduating class, or the street they grew up on, so the design belongs to their story and not just the map. For a grandparent or parent who stayed put, a mug with the town name on it works well for the kitchen, where the local news and the neighbors usually end up.
