About this cookstown gift
Cookstown is a small place, and people who come from it tend to carry that with them. Whether someone grew up there, moved away for work, or just visits family on weekends, a shirt with the town name is how they say where they're from without a long explanation. Local pride in a place this size often shows up in small ways: the hometown tee worn to the county fair, the mug on a kitchen counter a few hundred miles from home, the hoodie for a first winter somewhere colder. The most meaningful version usually adds one personal detail, a street, a graduation year, or the name of the school they went to, so the design belongs to them and not just to the town. For a Cookstown transplant, the mug is a daily reminder of home. For someone who never left, a tee or hoodie says it plainly.
