About this crawley gift
Crawley is a town in West Sussex, England, a short train ride south of London and the site of Gatwick Airport, so plenty of people from there end up living far from home. A Crawley shirt is how they say where they're from, whether that's to a coworker in the US who has never heard of the place or to a friend who keeps asking about the airport. Crawley people tend to be proud of a town that's often underrated, and a tee or hoodie with the name on it gives them an easy way to claim it. For someone who moved away, a mug or hoodie is a small link to home they'll use every day. If you're buying for a family member, add a second line with a street, a year or a nickname from the old neighborhood, and the gift starts to feel like theirs.
