About this delaware gift
Delaware is small enough that everyone seems to know somebody who knows you, and people from here wear that with a kind of quiet pride. The First State is the first to ratify the Constitution, and Delawareans will bring it up. A Delaware shirt works for a lot of people: the native who never left, the one who moved to Philly or DC and misses the beach drive down to Rehoboth, Dewey or Bethany, and the grad finishing up at a school in Newark or Dover. Put Delaware on the front and add a town underneath, like Wilmington, Lewes or Milford, and it feels like the real place instead of a souvenir. Hoodies suit the chilly shoreline evenings after Labor Day. A mug is an easy pick for the transplant who keeps a little home on the desk. You choose the word, the town or the year, and the preview shows exactly how it will print.
