About this derwood gift
Derwood is a small place, and that's the thing about it. People who grew up there or moved away often carry it with them the way others carry a school or a hometown team. A shirt with Derwood on it tells a Derwood person, and everyone else, where they're from without a long explanation. Because the town is small, the gift lands best when it's personal: a hometown shirt for someone who's been gone a while, a hoodie for a relative who still drives back for holidays, or a mug for the parent who still gets the local paper. You can keep the design simple, with just the town name, or add a second line for the year they moved, the street they grew up on, or a family name. A baby onesie with Derwood is a nice way to mark a new arrival in the family, and kids tees work the same way for kids who'll someday ask where they're from.
