About this devol gift
Devol is a small name, and the Devol someone is probably from is a small place, which makes the gift personal in a way a big-city shirt can't match. A person from a town like this often has a strong pride in it, the kind that shows up as a hometown reunion, a high school sports sweatshirt that's been worn for twenty years, or a coffee cup that's always on the kitchen counter. Before you order, think about what they'd want the word to mean to them: where they grew up, where they came back to, or a place they left and still carry with them. If you're not sure of the details, the safest choice is to put Devol on a shirt or mug and let the recipient tell the story. The product is the easy part. What makes it land is knowing whether they'd wear it to the grocery store or save it for a reunion.
