About this eatonton gift
Eatonton is a small city in Putnam County, Georgia, with a courthouse square, a lot of history tied to the Georgia Piedmont, and the kind of hometown pride that shows up at county fairs and high school football games. People who grew up there often carry that name well after they've moved on, to Atlanta or Macon or somewhere much farther away. A shirt or mug with Eatonton on it works for the native who misses the slower pace, the family member who still has relatives there, or the student who's leaving for college and wants to take a little home with them. Because the name is specific and not one people see on every souvenir rack, the gift reads as personal. If you know their street, their school or the year they left, put it on the second line. That small detail is what makes the piece theirs.
