About this el mirage gift
El Mirage is a small desert city in the Antelope Valley region of California, and the people who live there tend to be proud of a place that doesn't get much attention from the outside. A shirt with El Mirage on it is a way to claim that. It suits someone who has lived there a long time, someone who grew up in the surrounding high desert, or someone who has moved away and still wants to wear where they're from. Warm weather and dry afternoons make a light tee the natural pick for everyday wear, while a hoodie works for cool desert evenings and early mornings. A mug with the city name is a quiet reminder on the kitchen counter. To make it feel personal, consider adding a second line with a neighborhood, a street, a school or a year they moved in, so the shirt says something about their own history with the town.
