About this exeter gift
Exeter is a city in Devon, in the southwest of England, with a cathedral, a long history going back to Roman times, and a riverside walk that locals know well. A gift for someone from Exeter, or someone who lived there or studied at the university, lands best when it reflects that connection without guessing at details. A shirt with Exeter on it is how they show where they're from, whether they're at home or have moved far away. A hoodie suits anyone who misses a grey, drizzly day by the river, and a mug works well for the person who starts every morning with the same cup. If you're buying for a friend who has moved abroad, a dark tee with Exeter across the chest is a simple way to say you remember where they came from. You can also add a second line for a neighborhood, a school or a year to make it more personal.
