About this garden prairie gift
Garden Prairie is a small village in McHenry County, Illinois, and the people who grew up there, or moved back, tend to hold onto it tightly. A shirt with the village name is a quiet way to say where you're from when the question comes up at a new job or a college dorm. It suits anyone who has spent years driving past the same fields and feeling at home in them. Because the name is short and specific, it works best with a second line that adds a little personal history: a graduation year, a family name, or the street they grew up on. Many designs come in tees, hoodies, mugs and baby onesies, so you can match the gift to the person, whether that's a homesick teenager, a parent who never left, or a new baby born to two village families. Before you order, check the spelling in the preview, since the name is two words and a space is easy to lose.
