About this grass creek gift
Grass Creek is the kind of place where people know each other's names and whose car is in whose driveway. A shirt with the town name is a way of saying you belong there, whether you grew up on the main road or moved in a few years ago for the schools and the quiet. Locals wear the name to the high school game, the Fourth of July parade and the grocery store on a Saturday morning. It also works for anyone who left and misses it, the one who now lives three states away and still answers when someone asks where they're from. A hoodie covers the cold months on the sidelines, and a mug is the easiest way to start the day as a hometown person. Add a second line for a street, a year you moved in, or a class year, and the shirt becomes more specifically theirs than the town's.
