About this hardenville gift
Hardenville is a place name the store has no reliable details on, so this copy stays with the person and the gift rather than the town itself. Someone who grew up in Hardenville, or who still calls it home, usually wears their hometown the way they'd wear a family name: quietly, and with a bit of pride that outsiders might not get. A tee or hoodie with the town name is a good way to say you know where they're from. For someone who moved away, a mug on the morning coffee spot is a small daily nod to the place they left. For a newborn, a onesie with the town name marks where they arrived. The shirt works best when it feels like it came from someone who pays attention to where the recipient is from, and you can make that clear by adding a second line for a street, a school, a year or a nickname only locals would recognize.
